Soulful Work:
Self-discovery workshops guided by qualified yoga/meditation teacher and experienced psychologist, Cath McLellan. These workshops will introduce you to the fundamentals of understanding and management of yourself. As you are the only person who can make you happy and the only person who can manage your reactions to events occurring around you, it is important that you understand yourself intimately. These workshops will introduce concepts relating to how you operate as a human being, what is actually determining your reactions and what is it that truly makes you happy in life. This introductory retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your inner truth and step into a more fulfilled life.
