It will assist you in understanding where you are currently, where it is you wish to go, any possible limitations and develop a plan on how to get there. You will be guided, motivated and held accountable along the way.

Commencement assessments to assist in understanding you on a deeper level: quality of life, flourishing scale, satisfaction of life, life orientation test and personality testing
One on one time with Cath - 2 hours upfront to get the ball rounding + 12 x 50 minute sessions (frequency based on individual needs)
Individualised program based on where you are now and goals for the future
Tools to assist when required - what, when and how is on a demand basis only (no one model fits all)
Additional one on one time with Cath when required - up to 2 hours throughout program
2 x checkins with Soulful Life Team after program completed
1 x checkin with Cath 2 months after program completed

This program is an express version of the Ultimate. It offers half of what the Ultimate package offers. You will learn a great deal about yourself and where it is you wish to go and have a plan developed. You just won't get as far along in your plan with Cath's guidance. This rest will be up to you and it maybe all you need to get yourself started towards your authentic life, achieving your ultimate goal or understanding the next chapter in your life.

The Therapeutic Program
This package is designed for people who are dealing with past trauma or a specific mental health challenge currently. If you are feeling this is where you need to start but are unsure, please speak with Cath.

12 x one on one psychological session with Cath
Regular monthly checkins to ensure staying on task
